Process Manager – Nutritionals


We’re looking for an experienced Process Manager to join our high-performing Nutritionals team and lead day‑to‑day operations within one of our specialised processing areas.

 

This is a pivotal leadership role that ensures our plants run safely, efficiently, and consistently deliver premium ingredients to customers worldwide.

 

In this role, you will:

  • Meeting product quality and DIFOT requirements
  • Achieving performance targets across yield, losses, OEE, energy/water usage, and plan attainment
  • Ensuring compliance with MPI-approved Risk Management Programmes
  • Driving operational excellence and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Supporting recruitment, training, development and performance management of team members
  • Contributing to resourcing, planning, audits, and cross-functional projects.
  • Lead daily operations across one of our key processing areas (Milk & Permeate, Hydrolysis & Coulter, or Specialty Proteins & WPC)
  • Lead root cause investigations and ensure effective corrective and preventative actions
  • Support maintenance planning, contractor management, and shutdowns.

 

To succeed in this role, you will bring:

  • Diploma/Certificate in Dairy Technology OR a Degree in Engineering or Science
  • 5+ years of experience in dairy manufacturing
  • Minimum 3 years in shift supervision or process/project engineering
  • Strong leadership, problem-solving, and action-oriented mindset
  • Experience with continuous improvement and preventative maintenance
  • Lean Manufacturing / CI experience (Desirable).
