Laboratory Technician


We are on the lookout for a talented and passionate Laboratory Technician to join our team, working a 5 days on, 3 days off roster.

 

As a Laboratory Technician at Tatua, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the quality and safety of our premium dairy products.

 

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Performing routine microbiological and/or chemical analyses to maintain high standards
  • Sampling and testing ingredients and finished products to ensure compliance with specifications
  • Calibrating and maintaining laboratory equipment to ensure accuracy
  • Following established protocols and procedures with meticulous attention to detail.

 

You’ll work closely with a team of skilled professionals dedicated to excellence and precision, making a tangible impact on our product quality and global reputation.

 

What We’re Looking For:

  • A positive and proactive attitude
  • Outstanding attention to detail and the ability to work accurately under pressure
  • Strong adherence to processes and procedures, with a commitment to quality assurance
  • Exceptional communication skills to collaborate effectively within a team environment
  • Proven experience in a laboratory setting, preferably within the dairy or food industry
  • The ability to work efficiently while maintaining a high standard of work.

 

This is a 5 days on, 3 days off roster position. Some overtime may be necessary.

 

Applicants must be able to attend an interview in Morrinsville and have the required documentation to allow them to work in New Zealand.
