International Samples Co-ordinator

To support our vision, we are looking for a new team player for the role of International Samples Co-ordinator. This role is part of our International Trade Team, where our team values are connection, respect, success and growth/learning.

Our Samples Team have the key role of ensuring Tatua product samples reach our customer in good time and condition. The Samples Co-ordinator will also contribute to the end to end revitalization of our Samples process. A can-do and positive attitude is a must, along with an exceptional work ethic and motivation.

In this role you will:

• Arrange for our product samples to be sent globally and domestically, completing regulatory documentation to meet clearance requirements and ensuring our products look and arrive at their best
• Work with internal stakeholders to problem solve, ensuring regulatory requirements are met here in NZ and at destination
• Complete e-decs and Health Certificates with MPI
• Support generation of metrics and reporting
• Be a stakeholder working to revitalise our end to end Sample process, including improved efficiencies and maximising opportunities for improvement.

The successful candidate will have:

• A process-oriented focus with a high attention to detail
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Ability to work with ERP systems, JDE Oracle an advantage and proficiency with Microsoft Suite
• RealMe account for access to MPI AP ecert
• Excellent planning and time management skills
• Critical thinking, strong investigative and interpretative abilities coupled with curiosity and initiative.
