Export Officer – Fixed Term Maternity Leave

Tatua is seeking a highly motivated, detail focused person to join our International Trade team within Sales and Marketing.  This is a fixed term position of approximately 15 months to cover Maternity Leave.

This role is responsible for ensuring the accurate and timely fulfilment of export customer orders including completion of regulatory documentation and the highest level of customer service.

It includes coordination of international freight, application of international trade and payment terms, and compliance with New Zealand and international regulatory requirements. 

This role works closely with regulatory authorities, customers, freight providers and staff across the organization.

The successful candidate will have:

• A process-oriented focus with a high attention to detail
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Ability to prioritise and organise workload according to strict deadlines
• Ability to work with ERP systems, JDE Oracle an advantage and proficiency with Microsoft Suite
• RealMe account for access to MPI AP ecert
• Excellent planning and time management skills.
