We have a great opportunity for an Office Administrator to join the HR team. This role covers all front desk reception duties plus providing administrative support to other departments. It will suit someone with a friendly, cheerful personality who enjoys the challenges of frontline service.
The key responsibilities for this position include:
Being the first point of contact for all incoming visitors
Handling all incoming calls
Maintaining visitor management system
Mail distribution and organising outgoing courier deliveries
Providing administrative support to the HR Team and other departments as required
In addition, the ideal candidate will be expected to complete a range of other tasks including assisting with bulk mail outs, payroll support and assisting with training administration.
This is a crucial support role for our company. It is also an extremely important customer focussed role in creating the right first impression both on the phone and in person. We need someone who has a warm and friendly phone manner, is reliable, presentable, flexible and autonomous in getting the job done with minimal supervision. Your previous experience in similar roles will add value to your application.
The hours of work will be Monday-Friday 8.00am-5.00pm, and an hour for lunch.
