Business Intelligence Analyst

We’re a growing company with a team of highly dedicated ICT professionals who give their all to support and enable our success. We’re seeking a talented and highly skilled Business Intelligence Analyst. This is a new role with an immediate start, but we will wait for the ideal candidate.


The Business Intelligence Analyst will complement the existing ICT team. They will help develop solutions to address information gaps that exist and impede the company’s ability to make timely, informed business decisions.


This is a critical role which will have you working with senior managers across the organisation. You will ascertain their reporting requirements and improve the use of data. You will have a good understanding of how businesses operate, which data is relevant and how best to transform this data into consumable and insightful information for a range of audiences.

Essential Experience

  • 3+ years business intelligence analysis experience

  • 3+ years WhereScape RED data warehouse development using Kimball Methodology

  • Proven ability to understand, document and translate business data requirements into accurate and easily interpreted analysis reporting

  • Experience with BI Tools such as IBM Planning Analytics(Cognos) or Power BI, developing and maintaining dashboards for all levels of management

  • Tech savvy with working knowledge of MS office products and MS SQL databases

Desirable Experience

  • Strong SQL including stored procedure and function development

  • Experience in either the dairy industry or food manufacturing

  • Experience with ERP’s in particular JDEdwards EnterpriseOne
